Our organization

As Deputy Director of Investments for Inovalis, Sophie is involved in acquisitions and structuring operations in Europe, as well as in investment research and asset management in Spain. With nearly 15 years of real estate experience, Sophie initially joined Inovalis as a Fund Manager for Germany, a position she significantly contributed to structuring. Previously, she held the position of Portfolio Manager at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs). Sophie is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and holds an MBA from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

With 20 years of experience in public and private markets, Patrick oversees the GCC region based out of Dubai and is in charge of the consolidation of Inovalis position as the preferred investment partner for middle eastern institutions considering global real estate markets. Prior to joining Inovalis, he was Head of Asset Management at The First Investor – Dukhan Bank in Qatar. He previously worked at RREEF Alternative Investments – Deutsche Bank in London and DWS Group – Deutsche Bank in Paris as a Fund Manager. Patrick holds a Master Grande Ecole from ESCP Europe, a Certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School, and an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
