INOVALIS is a portfolio management company approved under Directive No. 2011-61 “AIFM” by the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) under the number GP-100009.

Its main activity is the management of FIAs exclusively reserved for professional or similar clients (Undertakings for Collective Real Estate Investment – OPPCI) which does not give rise to active marketing.

Within the framework of this FIA management activity, INOVALIS directly or indirectly performs the functions of administration of these FIAs as well as management and advice concerning their assets.

INOVALIS’ authorisation allows it to carry out the activity of real estate investment advice. INOVALIS holds the professional card CPI 7501 2016 000 012 722 issued by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry to carry out the activities of real estate and business transactions and property management.
