This 25,000m² building, with its elegant architecture designed by Jean-Jacques Ory and a restaurant on the ground floor that opens onto the district, will be a qualitative complement to the development of the Mobipôle station and will help to revitalise the district and the Rueil-sur-Seine service sector.

Designed by the ORY.architecture studio, which opted for an organic and open architecture, aiming at a coherent integration in the heart of a district in full mutation, the real estate complex was the subject of the signature of a BEFA (Lease in Future State of Completion) by Danone for a firm duration of 12 years.
