SUPPORTING AND ADVISINGOur history
Founded in 1998 by Stéphane Amine and currently led by three Managing Partners – Stéphane Amine, Khalil Hankach, and Rodolphe Manasterski – Inovalis is dedicated to connecting foreign investors and their capital to the European real estate markets. Since its inception, Inovalis has focused on creating medium-term, tailor-made investment vehicles. This expertise has resulted in the development of an efficient and high-quality integrated management system, ensuring comprehensive control over commitments and flows.
Inovalis quickly distinguished itself by venturing into new markets. In 2001, it established its first fund, “Sharia,” and initiated its real estate management operations in Germany in 2005. In 2013, Inovalis launched the first REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) listed on the Canadian stock exchange, focusing on European investments. The company further expanded its reach with the acquisitions of the Adyal Group in 2013 and Gemofis in 2015.
In 2014, Inovalis diversified its client base by entering the retail market through the reverse acquisition of Avenir Finance. This move, along with its activities in Germany, management of development projects, and the amalgamation of Adyal and Gemofis with Avenir Finance, led to the formation of a unified entity named Advenis in 2015. These synergies coincided with the launch of Eurovalys, a corporate real estate investment trust primarily dedicated to office property investments in Germany, which achieved a capitalization of €1 billion in January 2022.
In 2010, Inovalis was granted approval as a portfolio management company, with this status renewed under the AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) directive in 2014.

						1998Creation of Inovalis SA in Paris by Stéphane Amine, David Giraud and Fadi Caledit .
Listing on the stock exchange. 
2005Opening of our German office in Frankfurt.
2013The Inovalis REIT fund goes public on the Toronto Stock Exchange with an initial capitalization of 117 million CAD.
Inovalis acquires Adyal, a French player sepcialised in assets, property and facility management.
2014Advenis is taken over by Inovalis which now also holds 65% of Avenir Finance’s capital.

Since 1998, Avenir Finance (Advenis) is listed on Euronext Serie C. The Avenir Finance Group had integrated in 2013 the entire Ageas France Employee Network in its Private Banking structure, named Avenir Finance Gestion Privée.
2015Eurovalys is launched by Advenis REIM, an investment company (SCPI) exclusively dedicated to office property investments in Germany.
Advenis acquires Gemofis, a French player specialised in corporate real estate. Avenir Finance is renamed Advenis (renaming).
Creation of a first OPPCI on behalf of Korean institutional investors.
2016Renovalys Patrimoine is launched by Advenis REIM, the first SCPI dedicated to historical monuments.
Opening of the Inovalis office in Dubai.
2017The Advenis group and C-Quadrat form an alliance with C-Quadrat taking control of 51% of Advenis IM.
Advenis SA retains the management of SCPIs via the creation of a new management company Advenis REIM.
2019First investments in the Spanish market.
Launching of Elialys, an office SCPI* investing in offices in Southern Europe cities.
2020Located in Rueil-Malmaison (Île-de-France), the Convergence building, the largest Danone headquarters in the world, co-developed by Inovalis, is completed.
The Eurovalys SCPI exceeds €500 million in assets under management and announces an increase in its maximum statutory capital to €1 billion to support the inflow.
The 49% minority stake in C-Quadrat Asset Management France, formerly Advenis Investment Managers, is sold.
2021Launch of SCAdvenis Immo Capital, a pan-European multi-support and multi-asset class property investment solution available in life insurance, is launched by Advenis REIM.
2022First investments in the Spanish market for Inovalis REIT.
Eurovalys exceeds 1 billion € of capitalization.
Eurovalys and Elialys obtain the SRI label.
2023Inovalis reinvests in the Italian market.
20241st investment in the Dutch market and launch of the SCPI Eden.
2025Opening of the London office in the United Kingdom. Inovalis enters the English market.
