Stéphane AMINE Chairman, 18-year management experience in the French real estate market, both in investment structuring and management.	Founder and majority shareholder of INOVALIS Conceived and structured the business of setting up & managing “tailored made” Thematic Investment Companies for / on behalf of foreign investors. Former Head of Constructa’s Investment Department, where he took part in the deal making & structuring of “real estate portfolios” acquired by foreign institutions such as Morgan Stanley or Colony Capital. Graduated from Reims Management School (Master of Management) in 1990.
Fadi CALEDIT Managing Director, 15-year management experience in both real estate and financing.	Co-founder and shareholder of INOVALIS Took an active part to conception of INOVALIS business model and focused on growing deal making and asset management divisions. In 1996, he joined the team of Stéphane Amine in Constructa’s Investment Department, where he was in charge of deal making. From 1993 to 1996, he managed sales teams in a securities mgt. co. Graduated both from Financing & Real Estate University of Paris Programs.
David GIRAUD Managing Director, 18-year management experience in (real estate) investment, risk management, structuring.	Co-founder and shareholder of INOVALIS Involved from the origin of INOVALIS in the organization of the Corporate and Private Funds Investments through dedicated Investment companies. From 1991 to 1998, he primarily took part to Services, Industrial and Real Estate start-up ventures, in Turkey, Lebanon and France. Graduated from Reims Management School (Master of Management) in 1990.
