- December 2000: setting up of ALPHA REAL ESTATE S.A.S., a Thematic Investment Company in partnership with AMREF and the Public Institution For Social Security of Kuwait (P.I.F.S.S.)

- March 2002: setting up of ORIALPHA S.A.S., a Thematic Investment Company in partnership with ORION CAPITAL MANAGER.
