Our main objective is to conceive, create and manage for selected investors or Portfolio & Funds managers, “Thematic Investment Companies” (T.I.C.) invested in real estate assets according to criteria suitable to their strategy.

Usually, the assets purchased range from € 10 to € 70 million and offer a net annual IRR depending on the technical & marketing risk levels agreed with each Investor, as well as the structure of purchase and financing.

A key of our strategy is to develop direct business relationship with 2 kinds of partners:

- Real Estate professionals and institutions in major regional European markets (for instance France, Germany, Eastern & Southern Europe).

- Local operational teams.
