1 - INOVALIS was originally set up, in 1998, as an Investment & real estate Services company.

2 - Since then, the company has grown as a specialized Investment Manager for private and/or mid-size institutional investors.

3 - INOVALIS founders believe that co-investment in projects they manage is strategic to build up investors’ confidence and to the implementation of investment strategies: direct investments’ activities have therefore become central to INOVALIS’ strategy.

4 - Following this strategy, INOVALIS has managed, since early 2000, to established strong relationships with AL-MAL REAL ESTATE K.S.C., ORION CAPITAL MANAGER, the QATAR ISLAMIC BANK, THE SECURITIES HOUSE, the AUDI-SARADAR BANK, implementing dedicated Thematic Investment Companies (a) for each of them.
